The Resiliency at Work lab aims to improve the functioning and well-being of employees and organizations. We conduct cutting-edge research on resiliency and many other areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology.

Our Mission

We are driven to conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative research with the major goal of equipping individuals and organizations with the tools, techniques, recommendations, and understanding to better recover from, and adapt to, challenging situations. In recognition that such solutions may be holistic in nature, to accomplish this we undertake a wide-range of research topics, covering resiliency, employee selection, performance management, leadership, employee attitudes, teamwork, and stress. We take a multidisciplinary approach to the investigation of these topics, and often use advanced data analytical methods to allow us to accurately model the complexity of these real-world issues in effort to create value for organizations and other important stakeholders.
